M&S Parmentier Potatoes

For an elegant upgrade on your usual potato side, try our crispy, herby Parmentier Potatoes. Cubes of British potatoes are ready to bake in a shallot and garlic butter infused with aromatic thyme.

Diced British potatoes coated in shallot and garlic butter and sprinkled with thyme. Simply bake in the oven. Serves 2.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 20 mins
Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging. Place potatoes in air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread.
Program the air fryer to cook for 20 mins.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Check potatoes are crispy and cooked through.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 30-35 mins
Decant.
Preheat oven. Spread potatoes and butter evenly on
baking tray. Cook for 10 mins.
Remove from oven and stir.
Return to oven for a further 20-25 mins. Turn occasionally until golden brown and crisp.
For extra crispiness cook on for longer.
