Preparation and Usage
• Oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the protective film and remove the products from the tub. Arrange the frozen gougères on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place on the middle shelf and reheat for the indicated amount of time:
- Fan oven: 10 minutes
- Conventional oven: 12 minutes
• Hot air fryer:
Remove the protective film and remove the products from the tub. Place the frozen gougères in the air fryer basket then reheat at 160°C for 8 to 9 minutes.
