Vinification details
The grapes are hand picked and transported to the winery as soon as possible, before being crushed. Cold maceration occurs for 2 days, before fermentation at moderate temperatures between 22-24°C for 10 days, after which malolactic fermentation takes place in underground tanks. The wine is then matured in American oak barrels for 6 months, and is lightly fined and filtered before bottling.
