ABOUT THE DISH
Originating from the Liguria region in northwestern Italy, focaccia has become a culinary icon representing the Mediterranean's rich gastronomic heritage. Our fluffy focaccia is full of salty character, studded as it is with pretty, jade-coloured olives that provide an umami dimension.
