1 Ask a grown-up for a hand snipping the top off an empty smoothie and giving it a rinse.
2 Give it a makeover with some crayons, paint, or this paper moustache.

Shake before opening, not after.

Little ones should be supervised when drinking.

Top tip: Hold your straw straight and at the bottom to push it in. When you're finished, pop it inside the carton and recycle the whole lot together.
