Johnnie Walker Blue Label Glenury Royal is the third in the series of special releases crafted using irreplaceable "ghost" whiskies from a small number of iconic distilleries that closed many years ago. This Limited Edition has been crafted by Master Blender Jim Beveridge and his small team of passionate blenders using eight handpicked whiskies from the four corners of Scotland, including three irreplaceable 'ghost whiskies' and five incredibly rare malt expressions, from the Johnnie Walker Blue Label reserves. At the heart of this blend lies the highly sought-after whisky from the legendary Highland "ghost" distillery of Glenury Royal, a hidden treasure of the whisky world, which closed its doors in 1985.

The third release from the Blue Label "Ghost and Rare" limited edition series: Glenury Royal

At the heart of this whisky lies the Highland single malt Glenury Royal, from the distillery of the same name that shut its doors in 1985.

Notes of sumptuous orchard fruits, sweet apple and delicate apricot notes beautifully heightened by creamy toffee and butterscotch.

In the past 23 years there has only been eight official bottlings of Glenury Royal - making this limited edition release a rare chance to experience the rare flavour of this legendary whisky.

Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week
