Cooking guidelines

Microwave - From Frozen. Ready in 8 minutes
1. Remove outer film.
2. Place whole box in microwave and cook on 'high' for 5 minutes [900W).
3. Carefully remove and stir top box well - product will be hot!
4. Close lid and microwave for a further 2-3 minutes.
5. Mix curry with rice and eat straight from the box, or decant onto a plate to serve.
