Frozen. Sotre in -18℃. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage

For best results cook from frozen.
Oven (recommended) : Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220 °C for about 7 minutes.
Microwave : Put 5 pieces on a microwavable dish and cook (600 W) about 1 min 50 s.
Cooking times should be adjusted for microwaves of a different power.
Air Fryer : Cook in non pre-heated air fryer at 200 °C for about 7 minutes.
