Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
When this pack is opened you may notice a faint natural odour. Any odour will quickly disappear after a few minutes; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 17 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray. Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 mins
Remove all packaging.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Turn once during cooking.

Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
