These avocados are ripened through a soft ripe chamber. Soft ripe mimics conditions as though the fruit is still attached to its mother’s tree, allowing it to be unstressed and keeping more moisture within the fruit. This makes the fruit feel firmer, and appear greener from the outside, but it's perfectly ripe inside.
These ripe and ready avocados have an exquisitely rich, buttery-smooth flesh with a creamy texture that melts in your mouth. They have a mildly nutty flavour (similar to almonds or cashews), a hint of sweetness and earthy undertones.

How to prepare an avocado:
1. Cut all the way around the avocado stone.
2. Twist the 2 halves of the avocado apart.
3. Use a spoon to scoop out the stone.
4. Score along the skin and peel off in strips.
