Storage

Keep refridgerated at 0°C to +4°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted use immediately. Do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage

Caution: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat seperate from cooked foods. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cooking Instructions:

This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption. This is a guideline only.

Remove all packaging. Heat a non-stick pan on medium/high. Add mince and break up evenly. Cook for 9-10 minutes. Add sauce or stock, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally unitl cooked through.

Do not reheat.
