Preparation and Usage
How to cook:
1. Slice, dice or grate your tempeh.
2. Pan-fry for 5 mins in a bit of oil, turning often.
3. Add to your favourite meal and enjoy!
Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Simply slice or dice your tempeh; Oven cook - From Chilled. Coat in a little oil and bake on an oven tray for 15 mins at 180C.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry for 5 mins until golden brown.
