The plywood slats provide even support across the sleeping surface, no separate base needed. Each bed supports up to 110kg. The trundle rolls out smoothly when you need it and tucks back underneath when you don't, keeping floor space clear during the day. The main bed frame reaches just over 82cm high, allowing the trundle enough space to slide in and out.
