Preparation And Usage

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before you take this product. For the relief of the symptoms of colds and flu and the pain and congestion of sinusitis, including aches and pains, headache, blocked nose and sore throat, chills and feverishness. The capsules also loosen stubborn phlegm and provide relief from chesty coughs.

How to take
Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not chew.

Dosage
Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over: Two capsules every 4 to 6 hours as required. Leave at least 4 to 6 hours between doses. Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24 hour period.
